Based in Gurnard, Cowes, Isle of Wight, Tyson Developments are a small friendly building company, who cover the whole of the builing trades required to carry out construction contracts from start to finish.

Established in 1991 Tyson Developments were mainly recognised as a roofing company due to Paul Tyson's time working with a major specialist Isle of Wight roofing contractor, firstly in the early stages of that business as a fitter and then as estimator / contracts manager.

It was during the early years with this company that Paul trained as a carpenter and joiner, having spent some years shop fitting. Paul then decided to use the all round construction experience that he had learnt by establishing Tyson Developments.

It was not long before customers began to recognise our ability to carry out full building and construction works and the business grew from strength to strength.

Since 1999 Tyson Developments have been carrying out many new build projects both for clients and ourselves and have been involved in some very interesting building projects.
